How To Replace Lost Eyelashes

Are you one of those people who have lost the beauty of their eyes because of not having anymore eyelashes? This is certainly a poor thing to undergo especially when people start noticing the difference in the look of your eyes and comparing it to the time when you still had eyelashes. However, you don’t have to worry about this problem anymore, with all the cosmetic and beauty solutions that are out today, you can already replace lost eyelashes in a flash.

Here are tips on how to replace lost eyelashes:

  • You can make use of thin paper to cut out and form it into artificial eyelashes. Simply measure the width of your eyelid and cut out a piece of paper with the same width. Then cut the sides in a zigzag pattern to serve as the eyelashes.
  • In order to attach this paper cut out to your eyelids, you can make use of either mascara or eyelash adhesive.
  • Make sure to brush your artificially made eyelashes with mascara as well to give a natural look to it.
  • If you don’t want to go through the hassle of cutting out pieces of paper that may end up as fallen lanterns on your eyelids when they get wet by the rain or sweat, you can purchase false eyelashes from any cosmetic shop. These false eyelashes have adhesives already included so you don’t have to purchase one anymore.
  • Simply apply the adhesive to the base of your purchased eyelashes and directly attach them to the tip of your eyelids. Then brush it also with mascara until satisfied with the color.
  • To get the best results, make sure to thoroughly clean your eyelids before attaching the false eyelashes on to them. Residue from previous makeup or other cosmetics used on your eyelids may lessen the adhesive ability.
  • Make sure to clean out any excess adhesive from your eyelids using a clean cotton swab.

At the end of the day, make sure to clean your eyelids and take out the artificial eyelashes. If you purchased long-term eyelashes, you do not have to take it out. Make sure to be gentle when cleaning out your eye shadow to avoid dislodging the false eyelashes that you have put on.
